By creating an Affilmart account you agree to use the platform lawfully and to follow these terms.
1. Accounts. You must provide accurate details and keep your login safe. We may suspend accounts that are abusive, fraudulent, or inactive.
2. Catalog. Only the company can create products. Affiliates promote published products and may not sell competing listings on this platform.
3. Payments. Orders stay pending until an administrator reviews payment proof. Approval is not guaranteed if the proof is unclear or the amount is wrong.
4. Commissions. Product-sale and package-purchase commissions are paid only after approval, only to eligible uplines, and never above the configured budget. The buyer does not earn on their own package purchase.
5. Refunds. If an order is refunded, related commissions are reversed and package membership from that order is removed.
6. Withdrawals. Requests must meet the published minimum and can be approved, rejected, or marked paid by an administrator.
